Good things from elsewhere

A more interesting pantry.

We buy directly from small producers — the oil where the olives grow, the copper pot where the copper is beaten. No white labels, no middlemen. Just the thing itself, from the place that does it best.

We go and look.

Every producer we work with, we have met. We taste in the kitchen, walk the grove, watch the thing being made. It is slower than buying from a catalogue, and it is the only way we know how to do it.

Good things from elsewhere
  • Bought at source

We deal with the people who make the thing, not the people who distribute it.

  • Packed to travel

Everything leaves here wrapped to arrive in one piece, however far it has to go.

  • Told properly

Where it came from, who made it, and why it is worth the money.
